How to fertilize Sedum Rupestre

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Sedum Rupestre after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Wooo! (I totally forgot about freshleaf friday ^^') Anyway- My succs are much happier with me. Still killing off leaves, but also growing new ones and new roots. And Magpie's new leaf is looking glorious so far! Should I be concerned with the direction and how close it's growing to the other leaf? I even potted my goldfish plant after accidentally letting algae grow in the water I was using to help it grow roots 😅 I don't check for one day and suddenly algae is everywhere I look. I'm letting the tradescantia cutting callous before trying again for roots •~• I've had no luck so far with the method of not letting it callous over before sticking in water. Keep in mind I don't have the budget to buy plant products (or anything really) at the moment I also finally got a piece of my dead jellybean to grow roots ^v^ I potted it cuz that also grew algae in the water. My chunky boi Flareblitz just keeps popping out new growth and is feeling nice and firm. #freshleaffriday #succulentsquad #thaiconstellation #thaiconstellationmonstera #monstera #newgrowth #sedum #jellybeanplant #plantsmakepeoplehappy #goldfishplant #tradescantia #aloe

Fluffy has been looking strange so I separated him from the other plant and both plants are looking bad. What should I do #Sedum

Ghost plant or Golden Sedum? I just purchased this trio of succulents. It includes an aloe, a jelly bean and a what??? Greg insists it is a ghost plant. Looks nothing like a ghost plant that I have or the pics of it. I believe it is a type of sedum. It is the light color one on the right. #SucculentLove #Sedum #GhostPlant #AloeVera #JellyBeanPlant

What’s happening to my #Sedum ? Hey, guys! My sedum has this nasty white/brown stuff on it. I thought it was just dirt at first, but it’s spread across pretty much all the leaves now. To me it looks like some sort of fungus, but I’m not sure. Does anyone know what’s happening, and if so, how do I fix it? #helpneeded #PlantClinic

Happy #WhatTheSuccWednesday everyone! 🌿 we have almost made it through the week! Here’s what I have for this weeks #WhatTheSucc post… 1. Sedum arrangement I put together today. 3 different types of sedum included. 2. A sempervivum I planted in my rock garden, they are hardy where I live and will come back next spring! 3. Delosperma I also planted in my rock garden. I love how the flowers open and close through the day! This is a great plant to add for color. It’s super easy to take care of. 4. The bottom level of my succulent shelf 5. My new snake plant! I got it planted in my new pot, this weekend😍 if anyone knows the exact name please comment below! #SucculentSquad #HappyPlants #SucculentLove #Succulents #Succulent #SnakePlant #SnakePlantSquad #Sedum #PlantShelfie #SuccerForSucculents #Delosperma #BloomingSuccs #NewGrowth #PlantAddict #PlantsMakePeopleHappy

Why are the leaves turning black #Sedum

I bought this plant from a nursery and have been trying to get it to lean the other way and make it stand upright… but I’ve realized Sedums aren’t usually this tall… anything up with that or will cause issues? #Sedum

Fluffy has been doing a lot better ever since I got it fertilizer. I also got a moonstone succulent and in a few days after it is in quarantine I will pot it in the same pot as fluffy #Sedum

I put in a new plant with fluffy and fluffy lost a leaf. I also put the pot outdoors yesterday and both of the plants are looking bad. What should I do? #Sedum

Happy hump day #Greggers , we are almost through the week.. (yay)! I had a super busy day today, fillled with lots of plant chores. I helped my mom in her yard with moving gravel for our backyard patio/fire pit area, and we also set up her new umbrella & rug on the front porch. (Photo 2)☂️ She treated me to a new hydrangea (same type as before) I only had it for a week before the DEER ATE ALL THE BLOOMS !! 😭😭😭 when I tell you I was devastated. My sweet mom took me to replace it today. While out I saw a pretty unique looking cactus ‘Variegated Euphorbia Meloformis’. 😍 I was to repot this in a terracotta pot when I got home today. (Photo 5) My mom also gifted me a couple propagations she started from cuttings, an angel wing begonia, sweet potato vine and an elephant ear. (Photo 4) 🌿 A beautiful butterfly on a coneflower 😍🌸 (Photo 1) Snapdragons, sedum and Solomon’s seal in one of my favorite beds of my moms!
