About Rubber Plant
Ficus elastica, more commonly known as the rubber tree, has a white, milky latex that is a source of natural rubber. They’ve also been shown to have excellent antimicrobial and antioxidant properties. The aerial roots of the rubber tree have been used to create incredible living bridges in India. What other plant parents say
This is a tough one! Lost all but one leave when I brought it home but after figuring out what she likes she has become one of my fav plants! She has beautiful leaves full of color. Keeping her in the same spot with the right lighting and keeping up with a watering schedule has done wonders for her.
Rubber plants are uniquely beautiful and I love the way mine looks in my home. However, mine has been dropping leaves a little bit since I got it (easily could be do to my lack of botanical skills) so maybe not the best plant for those of us who need plants that can withstand a little negligence
Multicolored, abundant leaves accompanied by their tall stem make this plant a perfect addition to the plant collection to add variety and height diversity. The calm and pinkish tones of the plant pair well with most home interiors. Love this beautiful girl.
