Finding light for None in your home
Rhipsalis clavata may have difficulty thriving, and will drop leaves 🍃, without ample sunlight.
Place it less than 3 feet from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of Rhipsalis clavata in your home 🏡.
How to fertilize Rhipsalis clavata
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Rhipsalis clavata after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Have you ever seen this? It is a #HairyStemmedRhipsalis and it just has one ball which is coloring from brown to red. First I thought it was a new leaf, but it stays this big. It is also not blooming, because that looks different. What else could it be? #NewGrowth #BloomingSuccs #SucculentSquad #CactusClique #HappyPlants

Okay, got this guy 2-3 weeks ago and just reported him Sunday (from the nursery pot). He looks so good and I’m pretty sure that’s new growth. I am such a proud plant parent! #WhatTheSuccWednesday

What Is This Plant? Hi! So a few years ago, my mom got a piece of my grandma’s (her MIL) plant. My grandma (Dona, the woman behind the name of the plant 💜) died two years ago and it’s extremely important to my mom to keep that plant alive for my dad. The thing is, what we were told it was and what Greg says it is are two different plants. My aunt, (dad’s sister) said this was a Pencil Cactus. Greg said it’s a Hairy Stemmed Rhipsalis. I agree with Greg. What do you guys think? The plant is doing just fine, I just wanted to know what it is. Thanks, y’all! #PlantID

Someone gave me this plant rescue, it had been neglected. I gave it a good soak and left it alone in a north facing window. I'm watering it every 2 weeks like the app says. It seems sad. Will it bounce back, should I give it a haircut? Ideas appreciated #Rhipsalis

Rhipsalis Pilocarpa #Rhipsalis @everyone I received this as a gift Internet states it's a Rhipsalis Pilocarpa It's flowering I have to wipe it off to remove the web My question is Greg says it's a Hairy Stemmed but my research just shows Rhipsalis Pilocarpa and the pic in the search shows mine. How can I change it on the app?
