Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Pelargonium fruticosum after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Yellowing and wilting after rain Hi I'm new here and just had a hurricane followed by maybe 5 days of rain and my plants aren't doing too well and I think they might have gotten too much water. I took them inside for the hurricane but didnt realize how much rain was happening after. Theres a lot of yellow and some wilting onna few. Can anyone confirm if that's the issue with these? (Sorry if it looks like spam I'm about to have to post this same thing but for each plant)

Leaf curling downward #ZonaleGeranium What does this plant need?

Can someone tell me what this is? A neighbor just gave it to me; she found it on the ground outside our apartment building. Greg identified it as three different plants. Zonal Geranium was the closest one pictured. I have no clue. Please help.

Hi all, when re-potting today lost a lovely stem with leaves. What’s the best propagation method to save what broke off and get some roots going? #PropagationStation #HangingPlants #IvyGeranium
-
You don't have this one on your list. It's a Vancouver Centennial Geranium (Stellar Pelargonium). It's easily propagated by cuttings and can survive various temps in both heat and cold on my back porch. I'd like to properly list it but it's not available #GregPlantShop

My girl is 1week old in our home. While I removed dead and dried growth, she is developing more yellow leaves. Is she suffering from shock? I lightly fed and watered her 2 days ago. Top soil is damp. Too much water? I'm stumped! Help please! #ZonaleGeranium

I I need to bring my ivy geranium inside for the winter? I received this plant as a gift in May. I set it as-is in an empty pot outside. I didn’t do much with it all summer and it has been doing fine. It’s November now, still hasn’t gotten very cold, and it’s still flowering outside. Can I leave it to overwinter outside or do I need to bring it in and try to care for it in the house?

I can't wait til Friday to show off Icarus here- if you know my plants, you know they were almost exclusively from my late father who never bothered googling their preferred care. It took me way too long to figure out what he even is, what with the attempt at becoming a tree due to light deficit. While trying to secure the spindly stalks a while back, I accidentally broke one off, felt terrible, and shoved it back into the soil hoping for the best. It thrived, so I went back and started cutting to bring him back down to less-above-average geranium height. With a lot more direct light, he's sending out all kinds of new leaves and is way less likely to topple himself over. I don't think all of the cuttings are going to survive, but what is, is vastly better and I'm just so thrilled at all this happy growth. I haven't updated his profile yet if you're curious how far he's come in just over 2 months! #zonalegeranium #newgrowth #rescueplants #happyplants #plantrehab #freshleaffriday #freshleaves

Update - since repotting this beauty seems extremely happy now. Fresh healthy leaves are abundant! I love the smell of the leaves when touched or disturbed. Uplifting! #ZonaleGeranium
