How to fertilize Nerve Plant

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Nerve Plant after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

How do I get rid of fungus gnats in a closed terrarium? There are some gnats in my terrarium, and I want to get rid of them before they eat up the plants. #terrarium #fungusgnats #fittonia #babyrubberplant #peperomia #fernfriends

Why is my fittonia floppy? It's in a closed terrarium. It looks overwatered, but there's barely any condensation, and when I take off the lid, it doesn't feel wet at all. But the leaves aren't crispy, either. #fittonia #nerveplant #terrarium

I think I am 🥰. I ordered a red #Fittonia from a local Etsy store and boy Twitch is even more beautiful and vibrant than the photo on their website! I have a pink one I recently propped and it even flowered. It’s been doing so well and they are such fun plants, I wanted to expand the colors. Plus who doesn’t love a little pink and red for Valentine’s Day❤️💕 #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PlantMail #PlantTherapy #HappyPlants

What other plant parents say

i love all my nerve plants!! they are very good at telling you when they need water: their leaves will get very soft and droopy but will perk up soon after being watered. i live in a warm, dry room, and combined with having the plants in terra cotta pots, i find they need to be watered every few days. having a humidity tray has helped when i am out of town.
