How to fertilize Hens and Chicks
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Hens and Chicks after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

Should I water my hens and chicks in the winter? It gets pretty cold where I live and we get snow. They go dormant. #Sempervivum

Happy Saturday, hope everyone is having a good evening. I watered some plants this heat is really stressing my outdoor plants, and even some of my succulents. Wanted to share a couple pics from yesterday. 1. A cute bunny eating some clover outside of the screened in porch. I got to watch him while I watered my plants. 2. Sedum ‘Gold Dust’ has some new growth (babies) 3. Anacampseros also has some new growth (baby plants) growing from the base. 4. Sempervivum has gotten much bigger since putting it in the ground. 5. My new plant stand on my front porch, I can’t remember if I posted it already or not, so here it is again. lol 🤣 #HappyPlants #NewGrowth #SucculentSquad #SucculentLove #Succulents #Succulent #GrowingSuccs #OutdoorGrowing #Anacampseros #Sempervivum #Sedum #PlantAddict #PlantLove #OutsidePlants
