I love this plant a lot, just know that it’s a cactus so it will definitely poke you if you’re not careful. Easy to water, easy to care for, she’s a little bossy and sassy but other than that she’s g…
very easy to care for;; i’ve had this cactus for over 2 years and i’ve never had any trouble with it. do not over water;; leaving it alone for a long time does the trick. needs a LOT of sunlight.
Such a fun wondrous globe/Epcot shape and add such great diversity a d is fun to water just make sure to have a long thin sprout and absolutely wear garden gloves when repotting or handling
my little cactus is a great succulent and is one of the toughest plants i own i have it in a expresso cup i thrifted and she’s doing well i’ve had this plant for a while now:)
you can just leave it and it will grow quite slowly, water it irregularly and it will just do its own thing and you dont have to worry about it
I forgot to water this guy for weeks and he looked no different when I finally remembered! Also love the punky look of these fellas!
Difficult to switch pots because of the spines (obviously) but easy to look after - especially for serial plant killers like me!
mine has grown so much in just a few months and is still a beautiful, bright green! would definitely recommend
One of my cats knocked it over, so we had to take out the majority of its soil, but it stayed alive!
Cats won’t bother it because of the needles. Also they survive even if you forget to water them

Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Golden Barrel Cactus after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.
