Is it too late for my umbrella bonsai tree? Iām new to the plant life and got this bonsai tree as an anniversary present in early July so itās been almost 1.5 months. Itās mainly been indoors but I briefly moved it outside to water it. It was doing fine before I watered it, but soon after, the leaves started turning black and shriveling up! š now my beautiful plant almost has no healthy leaves. Itās only been a week since it was healthy and now it looks so sad! Is it black spot? Root rot? What should I do? #helpneeded #umbrelladwarftree #Bonsai

Help! What is happening to my #UmbrellaPlant ?! This beloved plant has been thriving. Tons and tons of new growth after a re-pot this spring. Using a mix of soil and perlite in a draining container. South facing window. Water regularly. Noticed some leaves dropping recently, didnāt think much of it. But now I noticed what appears to be a mad fungal/mold infection on the lower portion/branch. What do I do?? Thank you! #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #NewGrowth #PlantTherapy #PlantCorner

Need help diagnosing cause of wilting A friend asked me to try and save this plant. I know nothing about indoor trees. She said it hated our office where she has a south facing window. It looks like she used a mulchy potting soil with slow release beads. I tested the soil ph and it was within preferred range. Soil was dry a throughout when she gave it to me but I noticed the plug was still in the drainage hole. That makes me wonder if it was left sitting in water and it is recovering. Right now itās on the counter in my bathroom which has 2 big filtered windows facing east and south.

What other plant parents say
this was like one of my first plants and she is quite big i love her but sheās a little leggy,,, a lot leggyā¦.. and she got an infestation that spread to all my other plantsā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ā¦ anyway i have a love hate relationship with her cause sheās so cute but also iām always terrified of an infestation
Late spring I like to put her outside on carport till fall time . She grows like crazy. The carport has a cover so not direct sun . And I fill old milk containers with water let them get room temperature. Thatās what I use to water my plants with .
