Although mine has gotten a bit leggy, it's grown a ton since I've had it and still looks cute even with the extra length. Great plant to add to a succulent collection

Once you get this guy in the right state he just takes off! Slightly harder than most to propagate, don’t use water or he will get root rot. Such adorable lil paws 💕

I wouldn’t recommend clustering a bear claw succulent with other types of succulents. I found that their care is very unique, and they have to get used to the sunlight from your window. The older bear paws have sunburns on them, but they got used to my window and now they don’t get sunburnt anymore. Since repotting it by itself, it has been giving me sooo much new growth. Paws used to drop like flies before, and now it is growing multiple leaves from every little spot that it has dropped from. They respond very well to the succulent fertilizer, being ignored for a lil more than a week, and they are just so adorable.

The bear paw succulent is a very easy and beautiful succulent to grow. However, the only real issues you’ll get with this plant is the claws burning and watering. Too much water can cause root rot real easily and go up very quickly. Very little water can dry and kill the paws quickly as well. From my experience, I don’t think you can save a dying bear paw from too little water.

Cutest ever. Very fragile. Less water is better easy to rot leaves break off if you look at them wrong. A lot stronger as full plants with roots cuttings seem to just fall apart no leaf props for these need a stem to prop
