Angel Rope may have difficulty thriving, and will drop leaves 🍃, without ample sunlight.
Place it less than 3 feet from a south-facing window to maximize the potential for growth.
Select your region to see how the current weather in your area affects the placement of Angel Rope in your home 🏡.
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Angel Rope after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.
What other plant parents say
The hoya compacta is a very sturdy houseplant...BUT, I was dumb and left it in a shady part of my room... it didn’t kill it, but it definitely didn’t thrive. now it’s right in front of my window (north facing) and it’s looking a lot better. in general if you have a window facing south or west i would definitely recommend to keep your hoya in that room in a spot where it can get a moderate amount of light. 🌞🪴
