The hoya compacta is a very sturdy houseplant...BUT, I was dumb and left it in a shady part of my room... it didn’t kill it, but it definitely didn’t thrive. now it’s right in front of my window (north facing) and it’s looking a lot better. in general if you have a window facing south or west i would definitely recommend to keep your hoya in that room in a spot where it can get a moderate amount of light. 🌞🪴

Definitely a really slow grower, so is you’re looking for something to continually change, this isn’t your plant. Seems to love its spot near the humidifier.
