How to fertilize Aloe barbadensis
Most potting soils come with ample nutrients which plants use to produce new growth.
By the time your plant has depleted the nutrients in its soil it’s likely grown enough to need a larger pot anyway.
To replenish this plant's nutrients, repot your Aloe barbadensis after it doubles in size or once a year—whichever comes first.

The story of my Aloe Vera: I’ve had this aloe for years. Last year when I started watering it frequently (weekly-ish) it started going down hill. Gradually I have been getting the watering schedule down to 1xs per month or so, and my aloe is looking better. I still need to repot it into a terra cotta pot. First picture is last February and last picture is most recent. #AloeVera #overwatering #revivetheplant #HappyPlants #beginnerplantparent #NewGrowth #BeforeAndAfter #theamigos

My Aloe Plant Is Becoming A Bit Discolored I received an aloe plant as a gift and I’m a bit concerned as it is becoming discolored. It sits outside and I spray water it every week, but I’ve only had it for about two weeks. Curious if this is normal, or a sign that something is wrong. Thanks!

Aloe Vera- How to make it happy? So I was cleaning up a house I bought a while ago, and there was aloe Vera, I couldn’t help but save one and so I did. I potted it in an unglazed pot, and it has direct sun, about 1 to 3 hours of sun it gets. But I want to make it happier! I’m not sure if it takes a while for it to flourish or if I’m doing something wrong. Any tips or advice on taking care of Aloe Vera?

Can a plain Aloe Vera come back I used this pot for several years for Aloe Vera - rare sun but very heathy. I finally put two Blue Aloe Vera and topped it off with soil from really old dead tulips. This sprouted up some days ago and looks like my original and isn't close enough to be connected. I don't know if it's possible a plant could come back after 5 years #Aloe #succulent #happyplants
