Went to dollar tree today for some of these containers that my partner wanted to buy for me! Way better than the fruit container I was holding them in! Looks so much nicer in my ikea greenhouse cabinet! I put my Alocasia corms in them! UPDATE on my Alocasia dragon scale that wasn’t doing too good: Guys! I found three little nubs poking out of the soil! Do you think they’re from corms or from the mother corm!? Can’t believe this! 😄 also, do you guys think I should cut off the remaining leaf so the plant has more energy for those nubs? The leaf has been dying for a long time now. Also, I know the soil looks dry but don’t worry it isn’t. Whats going on?

Hello! My Stella is having problems with dry brown tips. She is next to my humidifier and under a grow light. I water using the Greg schedule. Any solutions would be helpful and appreciated.

OMG! My dragon scale Alocasia corms are finally growing! I thought they were rotting for the longest time but there’s new growth and new roots! Check it outtttttt!!!!! I’m so excited for these babies to grow big and strong! This makes me so happy because as some of you may know, my original mother plant got rot after I was in the hospital for a month and had a plant sitter who didn’t know what they were doing. Not their fault! I appreciate the help that I got from them! But unfortunately my Alocasia did get rot. Hasn’t really bounced back since and I’m pretty sure I’m going to lose Da Vinci. But!
