Can anyone help me understand why my black knight echeveria is wilting and shriveled?

My plant grew and grew over the last six months and was getting a little droopy as well as losing leaves. I repotted it with a better pot and soil with some support. Any suggestions?

Hmmmm, do I separate these three? The big one is clearly feisty.
