When do I need to repot my Monstera? Her tips are turning brown and roots growing outwards of the pot. She’s my first one so I’m new to this. Any help would greatly appreciated 😍

Marsha is in time out. I cut her a few months ago and her top cut is gorgeous. I was so excited at how fast the new growth point started. This morning I saw that she’d popped the new leaf. And now she’s in time out. WTF IS THIS MARSHA?!?!?!?
