Why are my monsteras leaves so droopy?

Ok ok do these like to be indoor in the ac not directly under the vent kinda to the side the vent is no faced?😉

How long should monstera cutting roots be before planting? Any tips to make sure this little guy thrives?😅

Help! My new monstera, only had about a month, leaves are getting these brown spots. It’s about two feet from the south facing window but I have a large overhang so it’s not direct sun light. I got a grow light the other day to try to help it. The yellow leaves were just starting to unfold when I got it and already had the brown edges. The pot doesn’t have a drain so I’ve been really careful trying to not overwater it. There is a layer of clay rocks at the bottom of the soil to help with the drainage.

Any suggestions for this monster?

Finally an update to my previous monstera posts with #RootRot. She was extremely root bound, maybe I shouldn’t have but I removed a good chunk of roots, keeping all of the more mature and healthy pieces but removing the majority of little knots and tangles so that I could fully replace the soil. I have it in with a coco coir/perlite mix and the pot has a drainage base, I believe to water from the base as well. After 4-5 days the black spot hasn’t spread (I kept the leaves with black spots as long as they weren’t mushy at the base) and there hasn’t even really been much for drooping/yellowing, so far it seems to be coping well and honestly happier. So #GregFam, thoughts? Do we think she’s gonna be happier or should I prepare for her to die on me 😭 I waited longer than I should have to repot as I was trying to find the right soil mix. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #Monstera

New leaf turn yellow?

Friday night I finally got the guts to separate my rehab Monstera & start fresh! I was a little apprehensive at first as both leaves were coming from the same mother plant & I had no experience in this. However, once I took it out of the pot, I realized there was more than enough roots for them to be separated and still thrive… hopefully. Fast forward to today… and one of them already has a new leaf on the way!
