Last fall i propagated a small leaf off a larger succulent and planted in in this glass. It successfully grew roots but hasn’t grown and over the past month has becom brown a wrinkled. How do i save it?

Yesterday I posted my new Hardy Ice Plant, but since it was evening when I took pictures, the blooms were closed. So I got some pictures when they re-opened this afternoon! They are so beautiful, and really live up to their name! (Orange Sunset Ocean Glow) they quite literally glow, they almost look metallic in person!
