my plant is not that full. it also has a few stems that are really long but have no leaves and a lot of the leaves shrivel up :(

Best way to repot and trim a String of Dolphins?

It's in a 4" pot with drainage, 6"- 8" from full spect grow light, gets water 8-10 days, sooner if tester says dry yet some vines have shriveled others are fat at bottom tiny/thin at the top. Can someone point me in the right direction to save it, please?
