Hey I wanted to ask something about my new plant. I just i don't know if i should repot it and if not when can i do this ? I would appreciate your help!

Naomi here is simply thriving in her tiny 1" pot! So much so that she's gotten top heavy and keeps tipping over... That combined with our past watering issues causing aerial roots has lead me to deciding to repot/propagate her! (Today I also noticed her tiny angel hair roots starting to poke out the drainage hole...) Gonna chop all the way down before the first set of aerial roots, remove the bottom few leaves (somehow🧐🤔) and plant both of them in a 2" pot. Hi #brunchataudreys boys and girls! It's time for another Friday post. What have I had going on this week you ask? Oh, just the most terrifying mealy bug you've ever seen, courtesy of my #Crassula Petite BiColor 😱 I found out that disturbing tail is called a filament (thanks, I hate it!). Let this be a lesson to us all: routinely check plants for pests, especially those with dense tangles of stems and leaves. Fortunately the infestation wasn't as bad as this heinous creature would lead you to believe. Right after recording the video, he and his band of misfits met their end in a pool of isopropyl alcohol. Thank goodness it was successful, because my next move was burning down my house 🔥😜 Be grateful we can't post video, because seeing this thing move in realtime would haunt your dreams for all of eternity (as if the still shot isn't nightmare-inducing on its own!)🫣😩 In other less-horrifying news, I was gifted four new plants by a sweet old lady named Olga. Unlike many freebie plants I receive, Olga took fantastic care of her babies. I got a #thanksgivingcactus, a #DwarfUmbrellaTree, a #PrayerPlant (first attempt with one, wish me luck with this notoriously finicky gal!🤞), and a gorgeous #Monstera (photos to come). We're in for some lovely weather over the next few days here in San Francisco — a high of 74°F on Monday?!? Yes please! Hope you all are enjoying spring wether as well.
