I'm having a hard time identifying this plant. I think maybe because it's not very healthy. I don't know how to help it if I don't know what it is. Weeping fig looks similar... anyone have any ideas?

Another Spider mite question.

Noo! I just realized my weeping fig has spider mites! I am not experienced so really don’t know what to do and there are so many leaves I can’t by hand wipe down every leaf. Also, are these a problem/dangerous for humans?

I just got this plant a few days ago, have not repotted it but the top and side leaves seem to be wilting with some branches falling off. I don’t see any signs of disease. But t sure what to do?
