New Plant Mom - Leaf Curling & Repotting

Good Morning, and Happy Sunday Gregg family 🙏🏾❤️💙🙏🏾 Question: I have read and been told that we should not transfer or re-pot our plants in the winter time. I have a few babies I adopted over the summer, who look like they are struggling a bit. I’m wondering if the roots are suffocating. I don’t have any roots coming out of the drainage hole at the bottom of the pot, but I’m still wanting to give them more room to flourish. Will I kill my babies if I go ahead and re-pot them now? I also think I need to invest in a grow light

What happened? :( My cebu has perky for months and all of the sudden the leaves are flat, thinner and aren’t as shiny as they used to be. I have it in a clear pot and it gets about 6 hours of grow light a day
