I found this plant recently. I think it might be a mother of thousands can someone confirm it. Also is there anything wrong with it how should I plant it? #Help #WhatPlantIsThis

He’s so sad. I’ve had him about 2 months via propagation. Watered 2-3 times since I got him. Help! Stem is rubbery. He’s right next to the window. Leaf is practically paper thin.
