Is this mould or something else? I've stopped watering my ficus from the top a month ago. Reported in houseplant compost in May. Looking happier and healthier for it, had some new leaves, but this white stuff is worrying. What can I do about it? Thanks!

The leafs are falling, I don’t know what is the reason, I’m watering it weakly and I kept it away from window thought maybe it’s direct sun but leafs keep falling I purchase it less than 2 months ago😞
