I got a zz plant 2 wks ago. Wanted to repot into something prettier before moving it indoors. Took it out of the plastic pot and found an ants nest. I don't want ants in the house. How do i remove them from the plant soil?

Hey y’all! I temporarily moved my ZZ plant next to my fireplace, had a fire, and I scorched some of her leaves 😔 she seems to be in good health and she has new growth. Should I do anything about the brown leaves or should I leave them be?

Can I get any recommendations on how to get rid of aphids? I have already tried Meme oil . spraying directly onto the leaves with water. I hear ladybugs are a good option. I still haven’t tried.

I pruned way too much I’m afraid. I do have several good cuttings in water but praying I don’t kill the main guy. I did seal the cuts and put them right above the bud…… as always I should have gone here first. :-(
