My #PlantCabinet is complete! We repurposed an old china cabinet we got cheap at an estate sale. I moved my rescue plants in to hopefully help all those babies take off. The grow lights are from Amazon. I’ll post the link in the comments. 🌵 NERD POST 🌵 . Gushing…… READ then Enjoy photos left to right. . While visiting @jthtucson in early December, I noticed this little darling growing out of a crack on our balcony. I reached out to the owners ( @thejoshuatreehouse ) and asked if I could rescue it. Sara happily gave her permission. . Not only did I carefully extract it from its concrete prison, but I saved it from mealy bug infestation. I wrapped it carefully and brought it home to Michigan. . Pretty much 2 months to the day~ look at her !!! 🤩 She is growing. . I’m so excited. I hope that my Cholla, rescued from the desert ground, will also start thriving. 🙏🏻 . I found this beauty at the grocery store today. They didn’t do her any favors with fhe way she’s potted up, but I think she’ll clean up nicely! Going to get her potted in some proper bonsai soil and maybe trim her up a little. #BravelyBonsai #NewPlant #RescuePlants
