Not one healthy leaf …. I rescued this baby. I have it a few feet from the window , close to a humidifier I’m not sure why all the leaves are crisping up at the end. Anyone know what’s happening?

Guys.. 🥺🥺my polka dot is flowering.. But the problem is it is getting a lot of leaves wilting.. Is it just old leaves or ther's something wrong? 🥺 I didn't repotted it since I got it from nursery and the last it been watered was almost 10 or 11 feb.. But it's soil is still moist..
