Happy Wednesday y'all, and I got plant mail! Made a slight impulse buy the other week and ordered some plants from the beloved Mountain Crest Gardens. They had a really good deal on some rarer varieties, so I got an Echeveria 'Heart's Delight' and a 'Beyonce Rainbow' variegated. And can I say, wow these colors!! 😍🩷😍🩷😍🩷 The pictures were taken as soon as I got them out of the box! Not bad for having been in shipping for a week. Plus they're huge! [philo rant warning] I need to ease off looking at Thai plant nursery catalogs. I REALLY REALLY REALLY want a Philo 'Caramel Marble Fire Tiger' now. Like, just LOOK at that orange! Uhhhhhhhh it's like $75 for a small plant [discounted price from one nursery, original abt $175 i believe?], $120-155 for TC. Plus shipping to my area it's gonna be another $50 or so. And don't even get me started on other philos. #PlantMail 🪴 I make orders from time to time, but it comes with its own risks. Photos of what I ordered and what I got. It’s a beautiful pothos but was severely wilted from the shipping process with lots of loooong yellowing vines, and browning leaves. Hoping it bounces back. Got the best #plantmail !! A huge shout out and Thank You to @PlantingPeace !!everything is so beautiful and lush. Just LOOK at these little babies 😱 They were all packed with utmost care, it was so exciting to open, like a planty birthday. There were even roots that started on the way here! 🙌 (One of my fur baby’s, Moth, immediately decided the box was hers to sit on after I was done with it lol. I snapped a pic mid-meow 😸) I really don’t need much from life, you know? Just cut off some plant bits, wrap them in wet paper towel, stick em in a cardboard box and I’m as happy as can be 😁 🌱 You’re the best @PlantingPeace !! You guys I might need some ID help with some of these succulents I ordered from MCG!!! I got the Rare/Unique pack that came with a free mystery pack! I know what most of the rare/unique ones are, the only one I’m not sure of is the little cluster of pachyveria (?) looking ones on the bottom right in the second picture. And as for the mystery pack which seems to be an ice plant and possibly a jelly bean type plant and a bunch of gorgeous echeverias, I’m lost! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also here’s a pic of me and my mom’s dog Niko🐾 at her annual luau “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” party over the weekend. It was so fun as usual! You guys I might need some ID help with some of these succulents I ordered from MCG!!! I got the Rare/Unique pack that came with a free mystery pack! I know what most of the rare/unique ones are, the only one I’m not sure of is the little cluster of pachyveria (?) looking ones on the bottom right in the second picture. And as for the mystery pack which seems to be an ice plant and possibly a jelly bean type plant and a bunch of gorgeous echeverias, I’m lost! 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also here’s a pic of me and my mom’s dog Niko🐾 at her annual luau “Girls Just Wanna Have Fun” party over the weekend. It was so fun as usual! #PlantMail !!!! Ohh, it’s a good day when some new plants come in! I ordered from a TikTok shop (Dappz Floral) that was live, so I got to tell the host exactly which plants I wanted, so fun!
