I've never had a philo before, I don't have much of a hand with tropicals and didn't expect it to enjoy the desert like it has been. It's a great addition to the kitchen, and holds the sign that warns guests my hot water will scald. My own little inside joke as he loves the steam. The tiny brownspine prickly pear, I almost ran over and ran late collecting instead, pictured framed by the pencil cactus that ended up being the most difficult of the lot. Still only ended up with about 20 glochlids. The rainbow siblings, I've been eyeing for months. Finally found time without a four year old underfoot to excavate them. And, good old McKinley is just nonstop with the new leaves. Here are some of my older and bigger succulents the jade, Haworthia (I think it was one of my first ones) and ox tounge are at least 15 years old and still going 🤞. The Aonium has had a rough couple of winters but they're stubborn. Then my little house concrete planter, I love how my props look in this planter, so cozy 🤭🌱 In picture three I have my largest planter out of the set, finally planted I’ll have to get a picture with all three of them together 🤩 they are supposed to be mounted.. but we never made it to that step 😅.
