Repotted my beautiful Alex! He was busting his roots out of his pot, so just redirected them back into the same pot again! #monsteradeliciosathaiconstellation

So, months ago I tried to take a cutting from my beloved Alex the #monsteradeliciosathaiconstellation. I cut it way too close to the node because it was so small. I just chalked it up to a fail and decided to enjoy the leaf in some water for as long as it would last. Over the past couple of days, I noticed the sheath was starting to look swollen compared to when I cut it. Just now, I noticed a ROOT. Whether this thing is just gonna be a rooted leaf or a new plant, we shall see...but I'm surprised it has even survived. It's not rotten...just so dark after months and months of being in #oleisea!

Do I need to repot? A couple roots were peeking out of the bottom of the nursery pot. #Monstera
