Good morning ☕️🌞 to #TheThread WOOHOO! its friYAY🙌! Thanks for all the get some rest wishes the last few days, i managed to get in 3 hrs yesterday afternoon. Then got up for 5-6 hrs and crashed out again for 3 more hrs😍. Im feeling much better now! Not much to report on plants today.... since i literally didnt do 1 plant thing yesterday lol🤷‍♂️. Ill have a few extra things to water today, but i was all caught up on that anyway after my last few sleepless nights. We will be going for the mid 90s for the next 5 days here in kansasland. Not terrible but its really our first week of prolonged heat. Gonna have to make sure everything outsides all set for that today after work. Its been a busy week on GREG at #TheThread and @TheConservator its been filled with lots of JAW DROPPER😱 plants great info & AMAZING PEOPLE🤩 anyone that doesnt think the #GregGang is the best group of people on the internet is CRAAAZY! There were a bunch of excellent additions to #TheThread yesterday. I had to break out the rototiller to weed out the BEST! I think youll enjoy todays line up ALMOST!!! As much as i did!... but thats a pretty high bar to jump! So without further delay heres your friday photo WAKE UP CALL☎️. For our first photo, ITS MEAN! ITS GREEN! And its looking to destroy those nasty pests that PLAGUE your garden oasis! Its THE VFT😈 that NEVER stops! @JesssJungle received this perfect little trappy from the #GregPlantShop yesteday and i gotta say im impressed! In photo 2 we have a show stopper phal orchid that just blooms and blooms! @RealSimpleMama says its adding buds to and old spike like some kind of STRANGE mutant out to take over her home😱! Sounds like a bit of HEAVEN to a planty! Lol. In our 3rd pic you best get your sunglasses out😎 cause these out of this world orange lilys growing @Hoyaobsessed home are sure to BLIND with that unreal orange dancing in the morning sun. Our 4 th pic was shared by our trades QUEEN @stephonicle, of her tradescantias ( sweet tabby) beautiful and soft hues of pink white and green all nestled togethor in an overflowing pot of happiness. And even though we had one of @MusicalRedmint orchids in the line up yesterday.... WELL I JUST HAD TO! I mean its perfection! Wouldnt you AGREE? Good morning☕️🌞 to #TheThread We made it over the HUMP🙌! Its on to Thursday and inching into the WEEKEND. Not much more rested this morning.... alot less tbh, but thats ok we got this! How was everyone elses evening? Hope you counted lots of 🐑🐑🐑. And woke up bright eyed and bushy tailed! BUT SEND SOME MY WAY😂! Spent the night cleaning the tent and doing things in there. I also got my orchids back in the climatarium (pics in comments) . I know after a sleepless night my tummy is RRRRRUMBLING!!!. Food required after this post**. Babble babble! On to the show lol! In our first beautiful photo we have a white phal orchid that has a shimmer shimmer that wont STOP🤩! That was shared by none other than @MusicalRedmint Our second pic was added to yesterdays thread by @Prentyce of her amazing calla lilys. That white on pink FLOWER🌷 with the speckle of those gracefully pointed green fronds is simple perfection😍 We have one HAPPY🤗 group of assorted orchids getting a little photo spread togethor @mariansoasis for our 3rd photo. Im betting we will have a flowering update soon🙌. For our 4 th pic we have a stunning calathea basking in some warming rays of SUN😎 at our new #TheThread members @Rootedinlove76 beautiful home. And bringing up the ..... UMMMM🤔??? Oh nvm 😂!...for our last photo another new member @therealCEO is determined this is a MALE haworthia! WHAT DO YOU THINK ?! 😂🙏. Good morning☕️🌞 to #TheThread Well after laying down and getting up 2x last night i fell asleep about 2 am. I Think as soon as i did fall asleep the sirens and phone alerts started in!😱 100 mph wind gusts,sheets of rain,thunder and lightning OH MY!... i jumped up ran out to save cacti and succs but was greated by walls of water and quickly retreated ! Guess we see the damage soon enough 🙏. Its already calming down to 40 mph now atleast . Well enough about my crappy 💩 weather smh. Backs still hurting still no sleep and a disaster outside! WOOHOO its TUESDAY!🙌 LOL. Busy morning already but i think ive snagged a few pics to share from yesterday 🤷‍♂️. In our first amazing photo we have a PICTURE PERFECT😍 phal flowering for its amazing owner @Araceae . Photo 2 was shared from @SweetAzurebluet magical plant oasis. Its a little piece of eye candy with that fuzzy green back drop and snowy white speckles on her scindapsus pictus 🍬🍬. For our 3 rd amazing plant op! We have a zonale geranium being masteffully grown by @Shells_Garden🥰 i just love that rainbow look its showing off! Good M😤NDAY morning☕️🌞 to #TheThread . Rise and shine sleepy heads. I know i sure am! Wow what a weekend, pots and plants condensed, cleaning, shopping, and lots of GREGGING🥰. Sleep was sooo hard to come by though. I tossed for hours and hours the last 3 nights. As long as i can wake up this morning and get moving ill be ok! But prob be passing out soon as i get home from work 🤷‍♂️🥱. MAN! Yesterday thread just went on and on...... and ON! And there were so many amazing photos🤩🤩🤩! I mean you guys rule! I wont lie i had plans for a monday 10 pack! But we will start with 5 since the sleeps thick in these old eyes this morning🥹🙏. PHOTO 1 was shared by @JenniferNoel of her trades zebrina stunning hues of purple thats gotta put a 🤗 smile on everyones face that comes to the door. In photo 2 we have another trades... @stephonicle 🤷‍♂️😂..... that was shared by @JesssJungle of her piece of porch planter happiness with her purple heart trades showing off 2 simple but elegant flowers standing proud🌷! @Sassylimey shared this beauty of a hoya chelsea she snagged up for 18$ at wally world! Thats a 10" pot FOLKS! For 18!!! And its a pot of green perfection😍! For our 4 th pic we have an out if this world english ivy showing itself offf to @TidyTigerpear neighbors🤩. I CAN NOT! Keep these alive. Bring one here its a death wish. But hers is prob the nicest ive ever seen! And for our final photo opp! GOOD Sunday morning☕️🌞 to #TheThread , and HappyFATHERS day to all the DADS🙌🙏! Its another beautiful morning in kansasland. Im enjoying it while tryjng to clear the sleep from my eyes , type, and wake up☕️☕️☕️. .... i think i can, i think i can....🥱. I got so much done yesterday! You all kept me motivated and going🥰. I repotted,potted a mixed pot,watered, fertilized cleaned dead leaves!.... did a little of everything tbh! But it was a good productice day! I COULD BE LAZY 😍 but a monster moss pole awaits😤🤷‍♂️😂. We had a ton of amazing photos shared yesterday, and after my endless ramble you might not find em in that NOVEL😂! So i filterd out a few to start your day. In our first amazing photo we a have a philo BIRKIN that @SunSoilLove says is ready to STEAL THE SHOW🤩🤩🤩 and who cant agree with that statement! I MEAN WOW!😍 in photo 2 we have a beautiful peace lily @CourtlyKingfern found while out shopping the other day. I bet that perfect white flower on that stunning rippled green back drop@called from across the store 🥹😊😉. In photo 3 we have s great snap of @RealSimpleMama backyard oasis herb corner with tons of yummy things growing everyehere 😋! I think i saw some rosamary basil and some oregano maybe??? All looking amazing OFC! In her masterful care. Pic 4 was shared by @RefinedSandwort of her cute snake plant pup popping its head out of soil saying hey MOM! #Monstera This guy just arrived today from HomeDepot. I’m a little disappointed because he didn’t arrive in great condition. Their plants have always arrived packaged well and in great condition. But not this one. It took over two weeks to get here ‘cause he was delayed, being “lost in transit”. The leaves are yellowing, wilting and dusty. And it almost looks like he should be repotted already. The roots seem to be more out of the dirt than in. With a nice, thorough watering and washing off the leaves, I think he might make it. Any suggestions? This is my second attempt at being a #monsteramom.

#Monstera Hii, Plant friends!! I am new to the page and currently looking for all the tips I can get for my Monstera. I have had her for about a year and a half. I got her from Walmart. (I’ve heard bad things but she’s been surviving this far) She has produced many new leaves. My puppy got ahold of a few leaves- that’s what the chewed up ones are from. I recently moved her outside onto my porch because it gets a good amount of shade and indirect sunlight. With my AC being on because of the summer I don’t think she was enjoying the inside! Any tips, advice on what I can do to make her grow bigger and more beautiful!💚🪴TIA!
