Happy Monday #greggang! . Just wanted to share a couple of babies I picked up yesterday! Scored a deal on some little tissue culture babes of some favorite #philodendron . Meet: - "Neville Longbottom", the Longilobatum and newest member of #jayswizardingworld . Check out my new planty HP shirt too! - "Johnny Cash", the Ring of Fire - "Crush", the Tortum! Bragging rights to whoever can make the name connection! . Check the comments for mature pics! . This is my 1st go with baby tissue culture plants and would appreciate any tips/tricks y'all have! They are acclimated to ambient now, but I'll keep in a prop box to boost humidity. Happy Saturday Greg! Life has been crazy busy (but good) lately. I'm finally about ready for spring and have some new updates to the jungle to share! I'll get back on #jaysjungletour here shortly! A LOT of buying/selling and swapping has been happening lately. Plus a new Hoya shelf and upgraded Barrina t5 lights! I also moved all my Cacti & Succs to my desk to get a boost of natural direct light. I've also been busy planning and organizing swap & meetup events here in North Texas. You guys really know how to make someone feel special! . USPS Informed Delivery didn't give me a package notification this morning, so it was a nice surprise to see my mail person bring a big box up to the door! . I got all kinds of goodies from the #greggivesback gang! It was like Christmas digging through the box to find all the goods! . Happy Monday y'all and welcome to #jaysjungletour! I know it's been a while but many life has been busy and my jungle chaotic! I'm dropping the days because let's face it, I'm WAY behind and we're almost into March and I'm still in then teens.... I did say I wasn't gonna post everyday though 😆 Today brings Epipremnum Aureum 'Harlequin' or Harlequin Pothos, aptly named Harley Quinn. I just picked her up from a friend yesterday. Apparently the difference between this and Manjula is that Harley is mainly just white and green variegation, without much of the neons and lime/light green of Manjula but 🤷‍♂️, she just pretty! #jaysjungle #northtexasgreggang #pothos #pothospack

Happy Monday Greg! I just wanted to share this absolute UNIT of a #hoya Pubicalyx I swapped for yesterday! Ain't NO ONE callin' her basic! I couldn't wait to dig into all those vines, so she promptly got a repot in a terracotta pot with a couple of new trellises. This thing was exploding with #newgrowth all over. A shower and sulfur treatment and she'll be blooming in no time! (Yes, I repot 90% of my new plants immediately, so hush ya mouth! 😆) #jaysjungle #northtexasgreggang #hoyaheads #hoyahangout #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy

Oh! And I got a package dropped on my doorstep yesterday from the amazing @TwistedThreads! She knows I'm trying to up my hoya propagation game and have been eyeing some heating mats, and she had some she wasn't using, so she sent them to me! Along with a couple of cool prop boxes! I can't wait to get these set up and throw all my little hoya props in there! I think she knows if I grow more hoyas, I'll have more to share 😉 😆 Thank you SO much Kristy! Happy Sunday #greggang! Thai Con update below! Spending the day with family before my wife has to go for her one week in the office next week. She works from home 3 out of 4 weeks. And since my "plant room" is also her "office", I don't get much plant chores done usually. But I have free range of my plant room this week and with all the changes the last few weeks, I need to reorganize BAD. Anyways. One week update on Thai Constellation. He has been dubbed "Groot". Leaves labeled to see progress. Can't wait till he's an actual tree! So we're watching Guardians of the Galaxy in his honor.
