This is the orchid you helped me with. When I bought it it had a spike with zero blooms. I cut it back and then this happened! Some roots are growing out of the top of the pot and drying. The soil was hard as a rock, about one foot of vine was tucked under the nursery pot in the cache pot. I am repotting right now and look at those roots! Last pic is the nursery pot it came in next to the root ball with the old soil removed. Unbelievable! It’s blooming!! 🌼🌸 I have never had a succulent that has bloomed! So I was surprised when I went to water this planter to see blooms on this #Sedeveria and #stringofraindrops. I can’t wait to see the blooms open on the string of plant! PS. What do I do now? Local Grocery Store coming in Clutch…😂😍😍 I was at the store this weekend and I saw TWO plants I had to grab. One I have never heard of or seen, the Jungle Vine- which reminds me of small little alocasia on a vine with purple backing- and the Goldfish plant I have been keeping an eye out for. Converged Plant Haul!! I just happened to have some #plantmail show up right around the time I found a few #wishlist plants at a big box store on clearance! AND…You know you’ve got it good, when your sister’s husband keeps an eye out for plants! I got a call at 6:30 am a day ago from my sis asking if I wanted some clearance plants her hubby spotted at the grocery store. (Yes, automatically yes!) I have already started to repot some as the clearance plants were sopping wet. Plant People are the best people!! Long over due shout out to @PlantJedi and @PoisedAlbo. Miguel made a trip to Maine and made an exchange with Audrey for me, and picked up the PPPs and Brandi. Then, he picked up this gorgeous Monstera Burl Marx Flame (since we don’t have any special plant stores here) and personally delivered this #PlantMail even though his move from one coast to the other was flooded with hiccups and obstacles and worries and it would have been much easier to not even stop for me. I got a message at 2:30 am that night/morning stating my plants were neatly tucked away on my front porch. They’re already growing like crazy and pushing out new leaves and look at the teeny wee baby! I have had this plant cutting for over a year and it really only ever rooted. In the last few months I moved it near a humidifier and it started to grow, as in produce new foliage. Then, today I noticed the tiniest flowers! #GregGivesBack #PlantyBoxofGoodies #GiveAway I have to say, these boxes 📦 are TOO FANTASTIC. So much love and effort goes into them (head over to @awesomeplants bio and support them by clicking that link, if you can!) I adored the wrapping paper! 🦩🦩🦩 Because she wasn’t going to be home until really late, I had to open the box to get the cuttings out. Due to UPS in my area assuring most packages are late, we lost a cutting or two 😢 But I think most of them will survive! 🙂 I cannot believe all the Planty things that were in this box. 😳 There were cuttings 🌱, seeds 🫘, soil substrates, legos, paint by numbers 🎨, diamond paintings, key rings 🔑, stickers, tattoo stickers, nail decals 💅🏻, croc charms 🐱 🦄 🌵 , pots 🪴, chopsticks 🥢 , candle holder 🕯️, potting tools, coloring sheets, crayons 🖍️ , colored pencils, punch needle kit, and mouse pad…. And I am positive I am missing something! I cannot even begin to explain how perfect this box was! My daughter that won has work release and is in concurrent enrollment so finding time for her to be here to snap a photo will happen in… ohh, 3 more days 😂 I’m sorry I couldn’t get those. But she left the house with that new key ring (she just at got her license like 4 months ago) and she is super excited to plant all these seeds! #bestappontheinternet #MostGenerousAppOnTheInternet #itrunsinthefamily #GregGang

Plant Mail!! I love plant mail posts. For you guys, and for me. They’re the BEST. I always imagine you sitting there, SO excited to open the box and gently unwrapping the surprise inside! I love it. I got my #plantproper order (last picture). A #HoyaRotundifolia and a thanks to @AmusingRedhill I can now only see pickles 🥒 which that’s fine, I love ‘em! And I also got the #HoyaIcensis. I have had it in the sun for only a few days and the black edges are starting to appear! Then, I ordered from an Etsy shop called The Hoya Trove. Julia is UH-Mazing. I highly suggest her. Pic 1- USPS played soccer with the box apparently, but she packed it so well there were no losses! #FreshLeafFriday #Hoya edition! I’ve had my cutting of my heuschkeliana since beginning of April and it’s done nothing. I have been worried it wasn’t gonna take and last night… vóila! My sunset has been growing like crazy! So it’s basically like getting plants for free for momming. 😂 This is supposed to be a Robusta Black Sansevieria, but it doesn’t look as dark as it should? I dunno. The Medio Picto is PERFECT. I wanted it to be small and tiny to grow it up the way I want it to look and since they grow so slow I have the perfect pot for it 😂. And they didn’t have any 4” Ruby cascades in stock, but they did have a 2 pack of 2” pots… for almost half of what I would have spent on the 4”. So that’s cool.
