Good morning☕️🌞to #TheThread I hope everyone had a restful night and woke up bushy tailed and bright eyed this HUMPDAY. Yes we are already to the half way point in the week🙌 and its cruising by pretty fast. I really didnt do much yesterday after work except sit around. Does anyone know what this variation of Coleus is called? The closest thing I could find is a Lucky Rusty, but that doesn’t look quite right… *edit* maybe a crimson gold?

I needed some plant therapy to get my mind off things. I have so many plants and I’ve been neglecting them somewhat lately. I wanted a distraction and many of my babies really needed attention. I pruned and repotted about 12 plants. It was work but it was fun. I was particularly blown away by the growth on one of my Coleus plants, Dr. Pepper. I bought small pack of 2 inch starter plants back in April. I have already repotted Dr. Pepper 3 times since then. He just keeps getting huge!!! Today he went into a 10inch pot and he’s beautiful. I’m so proud. Check out the difference in size after only 3.5 months! 1st photo is first repot after I received him; second photo is from May repot and last photo is Dr. Pepper today! #greenthumb #happyplants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #Coleus #FreshLeafFriday

Finally found a plant for the radio pot my sis gave me for Christmas! The cuttings were left at the community plant stand I run from my porch. They had only cut 3 but they were super long so I re-cut, rooted 5 to keep and have 5 more going out to the stand! Loving this shelf❤️❤️ Bonus shots of my outside planters. This plant has been thriving outside in the sun where I have it. As the seasons change, Can I bring it inside? If I can, at what point do I bring it inside AND what do I do to make sure no little critters join it?
