My leaves are turning yellow, help! I’ve been watering it when the soil gets dry and it’s been doing great for months but all the sudden the leaves started turning yellow. Any ideas why?

What happened? :( My cebu has perky for months and all of the sudden the leaves are flat, thinner and aren’t as shiny as they used to be. I have it in a clear pot and it gets about 6 hours of grow light a day
