I got my first carnivorous plants today! Look how cute they are! 馃馃挌 I have them approx. 5 ft away from a southwest window. They鈥檒l get around 4 hrs of direct sunlight on a sunny day. Does anyone else grow their nepenthes outside? This is nepenthes alata, a common nep that seems to really enjoy the local humidity where I live. I鈥檝e had it for over a year now (you can see how small it was when I got it!) and its pitchers keep getting bigger! My indoor windowsill neps are rarer species/hybrids so they definitely get more attention 馃槅 but this one doesn鈥檛 complain. #HappyPlants #Nepenthes #PitcherPlant #CarnivorousPlants #CarnivorousClub #NewGrowth
