I guess it’s happy😊!!! Now I just need to see some flowers. Hopefully this year since it’s the second year or season for this plant!

Good morning community! I’m a new bird of paradise mom, and I recently noticed my plant’s leaves are curling on the edges. I have placed it right next to the south facing window, and have been watering it once a week, but I can’t find clear information on what is causing the leaves to curl on the edges. I’d appreciate any help/information on how to solve this issue. Thank you! #BirdOfParadise

#brunchataudreys - GoodMorning & Happy Thursday 🥰❤️🥰 Well well, we met again! Is it just me or have these last few weeks just been flying by?!? Seems like I was just posting about my trip to Publix and my black Raven ZZ find 😍 Anyhoooo, I hope everyone is doing and being well! I hope you all have been enjoying the spring time weather like I have! I’m sooo freaking excited for SPRING! It’s my FAVORITE time of the year 🌺🍃🌼🌱 Yesterday, I received my #PlantMail 🥰 I got an Orange Bird of Paradise from Home Depot for $35! I don’t know why they are more expensive than the white! You would think because the white is sooo much bigger it would be more expensive, but it’s the other way around! Maybe it’s because the Orange is less common! Idk 🤷🏽‍♀️ The Orange may have smaller leaves, but those leaves are pretty cool looking! It looks like a red line down the center and when the sun hits it……AHHHHH sooo pretty 🤩 Now I have a big white, 2 smaller white, and an orange! All hanging out on the front porch enjoying the bright sunshine yesterday evening! It’s suppose to be nice again today so they got to stay outside last night! It’s cloudy right now, but the sunshine is suppose to make its way in around 4! High of 73° and a low of 50°! We are suppose to be getting some AWFUL storms on Saturday and Sunday! I’m so hoping it’ll just rain so I can get some more water! Then I also found an itty bitty florist kalanchoe and an N Joy at Kroger! Together the total was $6! So of course I had to have them! 260 plants isn’t ENOUGH right?!? Hahaha 😂 Did anyone get any #PlantMail this week?! Or maybe a #PlantHaul ?? I moved my dieffenbachia to a new spot because he wasn’t happy where he was and he rewarded me with new growth! I guess he likes his new space! Second is my baby Bird or Paradise. I got this as a 2 inch starter 6 months ago and he’s growing slowly but steadily! My Pink Splash Aglaonema is putting on a show! Not only is she throwing out new leaves, she’s got a baby growing at the bottom! Yay!! Lastly how appropriate that my red Valentine Aglaonema has a new leaf unfurling today! Happy Valentine’s Day everyone! 💕💌😊
