My avocado seeds had these spots where the roots should grow. Is this normal? Or should I do something 2 of my 5 seeds have these spots

I have mine outside right now. And some of the leaves are drooping and the edges are turning black. What do I do? I do plan to bring it inside later this month. But I also want to put it in a bigger planter with new soil.

FINALLY!!!!! #Avocado attempt 74826364846253 actually has a root! After some Googling, I went ahead and potted it so it will have nutrients and not be shocked getting potted later. Wish me luck! I've only had one other sprout, and it didn't last long. I think I let it dry out too much. Hopefully, I can keep this one happy. #newgrowth #plantsmakepeoplehappy #propagationstation

I have had this avocado for 3 years She has been yellowing lately but her leaves don't fall nor are brittle Someone suggested moving her to another jar, do that's what I did. Changed her water, washed off and "combed" her roots, gave them a good trim and put her in a new glass vase. I was trying to keep her up with a plastic piece that goes in the vase but it was very difficult to put the roots through it, so I held her up with toothpicks Once new leaves come in I will remove some of the yellow leaves #avocado #planttherapy #plantlove

#PropagationStation with avocados! Started my avocado propagation, from the pit, yesterday and we’ll see how it goes. Somewhat of a #plantexperiment as well. Ive stuck toothpicks into em and they’re suspended under water in a cup. The first one is peeled (I’ve heard if you peel it could help it to grow…we’ll see) The second one i cut a notch into (I’ve heard that can speed up the process too, or something) The third i did nothing to. #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PropagationStation #Avocado #avocadoexperiment #PlantExperimentTime

This is the first time I’m growing this avocado plant from a pit, it was so exciting when I saw it sprouting. I have it in a plastic cup with water and toothpicks, my question is when do I transfer it to a pot with soil?

Hey everyone! Wondering if anybody is a avocado guru! This is a wurtz avocado tree. So first set of leaves fell off (browning/didn’t have the sunshade before) and now Zeus has new growth happening. Wanted to ask why are some leaves curling in, some curling up and one branch the leaves look like they are shriveling up (like dark purplish/brownish green leaves) it a combo of too hot and not watering enough? I’m so afraid of overwatering it. A “heatwave” is happening here in San Diego, Ca so maybe this is why? #Avocado #help please #NewGrowth #wurtz #littlecado

I'm having to water my avocado plant almost every other day when Greg is recommending once a week. It's in a north facing window and a tall 4" pot. Do I need to repot it into something bigger? Or just keep watering it when it wilts?

My avocado keeps getting worse and has just stopped growing. I live in Greece and the last couple of days it's getting more that 4 5 hours of sunlight. What do I do now? Do I cut it in hopes of it getting stronger?
