Since getting this plant a couple weeks ago, it has had a few brown spots on the leaves but also these whitish spots all over the leaves. Anyone know what’s causing the whitish spots? The new leaves don’t have these

i’ve been using a diffuser to get more humidity for my arabian coffee, is there anything i should and shouldn’t do for it? there is growth when i trim the stems once in awhile and get rid of dead leaves.

Hi plants lovers, II have recently noticed that the roots seem to be quite visible on top. Does it just need the normal soil top up? If so would you be able to recommend the good potting mix? Or is it something more serious?
