Happy Wednesday y'all! It's been a week 😭 The #succulents survived the cold snap, but the Sempervivums thrived. It's so cool getting to see them shift into their winter colors. We love a good cold hardy succulent that can live outside year round. The watering hole opened this AM long enough for me to water my Gold Tooth aloe and give him a little fertilizer. Its little pups are continuing to come in slowly. Forgot to post these the other day, for #WhatTheSuccWednesday #WhereIsWhatTheSuccWednesday 💚 1. Varigated Melon Spurge, her baby is getting so big! If I wanted to ever separate them, how would I go about that? Would I slice it off with a clean tool? Or would I kinda tug and twist it ? Should I wait for it to get bigger ? I normally don’t separate my babies/pups but I would love to have another one of these! 2. Graptoveria ‘Opalina’ , I love how she is constantly changing colors! 3. Crown Of Thorns ‘Bicolor’ , I’m still learning her habits & preferences, I currently have her outside in full sun, and water once a week because she seems to get droopy pretty quick if I don’t. I bottom soak her and let her dry out completely before I water again. Any tips on this one would be appreciated! 🌱 4. Prolific Echeveria, it’s grown lots of of babies, but there is this one super long growth & I’m not sure what that’s about. This emerged around the same time it flowered, at first I thought it was another flower stalk, but it’s not clearly 🤣 I’m just wondering why it’s so long ? It gets plenty of light, I didn’t know if there was a name or reason for this? Her other babies are much more compact and closer to the mother. 5. #brunchataudreys Hello everyone! Happy #WhatTheSuccWednesday ! It was Haworthia morning at my oasis. All my Haworthia re-root projects got a quick soak this morning. Ever since I read that watering in the morning is better to prevent root rot from overwatering. I have tried to water in the mornings or early afternoons. I don’t get up early enough for this every day! Does it make that much of a difference? Also included my Thanksgiving cactus water rootin project. Happy Wednesday y'all, and I got plant mail! Made a slight impulse buy the other week and ordered some plants from the beloved Mountain Crest Gardens. They had a really good deal on some rarer varieties, so I got an Echeveria 'Heart's Delight' and a 'Beyonce Rainbow' variegated. And can I say, wow these colors!! 😍🩷😍🩷😍🩷 The pictures were taken as soon as I got them out of the box! Not bad for having been in shipping for a week. Plus they're huge!
