Earlier this year I got myself a #MonsteraAurea, unfortunately it arrived with root rot. after pulling everything dead off, I was left with one leaf and a partially black node. 😭😭😭 I stuck it in a jar with #propdrops & #WetheWild. It’s been about 2 months and today I’m proud to say Grizelda lives!!!! Okay, I did it. I fed some of my very favorite babies (WtW grow concentrate) for the first time. A couple of my #ppp and #wpp got a bit leggy so I had a #propparty last night 🪴✨ Yall know I love to experiment ☺️ so I have 3 of each 2 in Coco coir, Perlite and a dab of charcoal 🪴 2 in Sphagnum moss and perlite🪴 2 in water🪴 I want to see which grows the quickest. I know they both take forever and a day to root. I’m praying the #PropDrops & #WeTheWild give them the boost they need. I shouldn’t be allowed out of the house. I don’t even know what all of these are. I know most, but not all, and I’m iffy on whether one of them is a Prince of Orange (PoO *giggle*) or some other kind of prince or wizard or whatever (gotta love the Arthurian philo gang). Lowe’s is not known for good labeling. Also, Target has a few goodies on clearance. Might be worth checking out to see if there’s any left at your local store. And for those who know her, you’ll see that Pip is out on parole for a bit this evening, getting acclimated to the rest of the house now that she’s no longer riddled with a super contagious fungal infection. So as a “punishment” for my friend being late for a coffee rendezvous, I subjected her to my favorite plant shop as I wanted to buy some more We The Wild Protect Spray #WetheWild She was impressed with the place and even bought some WTW fertilizer and some gifts 🎁 for her friends while I become a fashion photographer of plants. My Dancing Lady Orchid just grew a bloom stalk! I’ve only had this orchid for a few months and it’s getting ready to bloom again, which never happens for me. 1: My #SyngoniumPinkSplash Thai has a stunning, all-pink new leaf! That SHADE is making me drool! 🎀🎀🎀 2: My #AglaonemaSpitfire is doing *AMAZING* in a potting medium consisting solely of coco chips! 🥥🪴It’s been a month and she is growing so fast with NO issues! She gets nutrients from the #WetheWild Grow Concentrate every time I water. Doing splendidly and now I’m going to try a few other plants in this! Thank you to @EZLennyLance and @TheOddAsity for the hot tip! 3: Speaking of new leaves, my #AlocasiaPolly, Josie, has just given me ANOTHER perfect new leaf 🥰🌿 4: My #PhilodendronBrasil, Leavie Nicks (proud of that name! IYKYK) is growing so fast that I’m about to add another section of moss pole! Look how big she’s getting! I posted a while ago about how some of her leaves are larger than my hand! 💖 All in all, TONS of #NewGrowth and that is ignoring my other 200 houseplants and alllll my outdoor plants (which will get a separate post, because my #BlackEyedSusans are finally blooming like crazy🌻🌻🌻🌻 I seriously just stood and stared at them all yesterday morning 🤣🤣🤣 5: Obligatory #BennyTheTreeFrog photo!
