My princess getting the princess treatment this morning In her spa 🤗🛁🫧 I cannot believe how long, bushy & healthy she is! My boyfriend got this for me about two or three years ago on my first birthday we shared together. It’s a very special plant to me! She was so small when I first got her compared to now. I have struggled with strings & have had lots of ups & downs with them when it comes to caring for them & keeping them alive, but this baby has always been forgiving with me & has given me grace. 🫶🏻 & for that I thank her & treat her extra special & extra care to be fragile with her & her delicate long tendrils.. 🥹 I only bottom water her, and I keep her outside until winter in my screened in porch. I have her in a shallow teracotta pot for good drainage. I love her one all white tendril she has, it’s so cool to me. I just got it. And a lot of leaves have fallen since after 2weeks. But also a lot new growths. Is that just a part of adapting to change of environment? I water it ever week, draining pot, indirect light 1 ft from window.

#succulentsaturday 🌿 I cut some of my flowers off my Echeveria Blue Sky, & used this vase my grandma gave me to put them in. *tip*- don’t use water if you want to cut them to display them, it will rot them & won’t last. They have lasted about a month or a little less, since I’ve cut them and had them inside. That’s a long time for cut flowers if you ask me. Also wanted to brag on my VSOH, it’s so long & is doing so good! My boyfriend got me this for my first birthday we had together, so it’s a special plant! It even had a little string of all white hearts (photo 4) which is super cool. #freshleaffriday Magpie's newest leaf is lookin gobsmackin gorgeous after taking forever to open up ☆v☆ I love the fenestrations when they get like this. Just look at the lil tiny hole on the inner part of the leaf <3 And Flareblitz' bloom is keepin on steady so far ☆w☆ can't wait to see what the flowers look like Suprise! To me. I got suprise plants. The soil from Ace apparently has seeds in it and now I'm kinda just letting them grow until I know what they are and can move them so they don't crowd my string of hearts. The grass (pretty sure it's grass) will be gotten rid of prbably, but the other one I have np idea what it is. Mystery soil. Hi, friends! I’ve been so MIA lately, I’m sorry! Been fighting thrips off, heavy casualties, mostly succulents 😭😭😭 but it’s finally starting to work and I haven’t seen a thrip in many days now. Going to continue treatment for three more weeks per instructions to make sure they are ALL GONE. Hate them so much! Silver lining: they killed so many of my plants that I now have a large deficit and that means I get to go plant shopping when this is all over, right?? 🤞🏻🛍️🪴 Anyway here are some recent pics. New leaves on albo syngo and philodendron billitiae, 🐞 friend on my green unicorn alocasia and my VSOH is getting SO LONG!! My #VariegatedStringOfHearts is giving me lots of #NewGrowth lately, which really makes me happy 😊 I can’t believe how long she’s gotten! I had her wrapped around a heart shaped trellis for a good while, but her vines were just growing too fast to keep up, and I missed seeing her flowing free, so I patiently unwrapped her and couldn’t believe the length! lol. Just want to share how much my VSOH has grown since I got it, only 8 weeks ago! I put it on this ♥️-shaped trellis on 14 October, and I just spent quite a while wrapping all the new growth around it. It looks so much thicker than it did when I brought it home, and it was already pretty viny and robust already. I love this plant! It’s my first “String-of-“ plant, and now I want more! String of buttons, string of turtles, string of pearls, all of them! And I want a non- variegated SOH. I’m hooked! 😂🪴💜 if anyone wants to send me cuttings, I’ve successfully propagated the VSOH so I’d be happy to trade! My plant lady got some new houseplants and I couldn’t resist!! These #Begonias are so adorable! Hey there! I’ve been away from the app for a while, but I’m back for #FreshLeafFriday!! My #AnthuriumFingers unfurled this guy a little while ago that has since reached its full glory! ❤️✋ And then my #AlocasiaNinja had this leaf that hasn’t quite unfurled all of the way. I love the colors! 😍 My little #Pinguicula pal has several new leaves that have several gnats! I need a whole army of #MexicanButterwort buddies! 🪰❌ Last, but certainly not least, my #VariegatedStringOfHearts just keeps getting better! There are so many tiny hearts! 🥰

And here I was thinking I couldn’t have any strings of things because I 🪦 the last one I had. It wasn’t variegated. I decided to risk it and buy this baby which was in great condition. It was already pretty long and now has grown nearly a foot since I’ve had it.
