For about a month my plant has been losing lower leaves but has lots of new buds coming. I have not been overwatering but now I’m concerned with underwatering. What should I do?

I purchased his guy from Aldi for $15. He was root bound, so I repotted him in a bigger pot and switched to terra cotta. I was wondering why some of the leaves are “curled” up. They were like this prior to the repot. Thanks for your help.

I reported my plant a few weeks back. The soil I chose apparently is not well draining and my plant is suffering. I'm thinking root rot. The brown part is pretty squishy. What do I do from here. Obviously get the right soil but what do I need to cut?

In 1982 he gave it to me because he knew I love plants. It grew to be so huge that one year I made the mistake of cutting it down too drastically, and all that came back. Was one stem now as it grows a new stem of leaves the bottom leaves fall off. I am wanting to try to propagate this shift. It has become not just a plant but a true part of the family my father died in 2014 and I would be devastated if I lost this plant so I’m begging for any help I can get. I don’t know how to do all the hashtags so I’m hoping I can get help from anyone who reads this message .

Can you make a cut for new growth or for it grow at a lower place because it just keeps growing vertical

found my schefflera wilted this morning due to the crazy heat in london... she spent the day inside in medium light and looks a lot happier!!
