More #plantmail and the excitement is real. This is my first order from #plantproper and it was purchased on that #plantstory app....dangerous fun! I think at least one of these is in common with what Marissa @Lifeis2short ordered (Syngonium Panda?) So cool. From left to right ( I hope ..Greg almost always rearranges my photos, so if it does, the group photo will still be in order l to r): 1. Sport variegated Gloriousum (If that sticks, imagine how cool this plant could be in the future...if I can help it to thrive) 2. Aglaonema Pictum Tricolor (my FAVE 🥰😍 and a total wishlist plant)! 3. Syngonium Three Kings 4. Syngonium Panda 🐼 (love it! & this one was only $10! Wish I'd bought 3!!) Greg changed the lineup....it is now Aglaonema Tri-color, Gloriousum, Syngo Panda, then Syngo 3 Kings. #planttherapy #plantsmakepeoplehappy #happyplants #freshleaffriday

Time for a #PlantStory! This orchid (or what’s left of her!) & I have been through a lot together, & maybe I should’ve given up on her a long time ago… I’ve already replaced her with another flowering size phal schilleriana in spike, with whom I have a much healthier relationship with & who makes me happy! 😘 Still, I decided to give this baby another chance. I threw her pitiful roots & dried out husk of a stem into some water with superthrive & said, “vaya con dios, nena!” Lo & behold! It looks like she still had some life in her after all! She seems to be growing a new leaf & 2 keikis?? So I just placed her in a fishbowl with a cushy bed of sphagnum aka orchid icu. I’m still not sure if she will survive because unfortunately we’ve been through all this before; but I’m excited to see how it all unfolds! Hopefully it won’t be more of the same emotional roller coaster 😭 So, I just wanted to take a minute to wonder at the magic of nature. ✨ Plants are so resilient, so adaptable! This orchid felt itself dying & found ways to propagate itself & pass on its genes. She said, “I will live on through my children!!!” & I think that’s beautiful.
