Good morning ☕️ thread heads🌞! Its time to make #TheThread . Woohoo its friday🙌! We are heading into memorial weekend. Im sure it will be a busy one for alot of you. Travel family plants, Whatever it is i hope its fun and relaxing! Ill just be hanging out around here myself. I got some luxury vinyl flooring for my tent room but not sure when ill be doing that. Maybe this weekend??? Maybe NOT!???🤷‍♂️. I definately have to pack up my 2 boxes i didnt get out last week on monday. That way i can ship it tuesday morning. Here are some great pics brought to you by fellow threaders yesterday. Pic 1 is a new rose lilly that @Shells_Garden found at her local grocery store. She said its wonderous beauty called to her from across the store! Pic 2 is a collection of air plants in new holders that @Prentyce husband cut from old xmas trees. They look so happy and natural in their new wooden homes🥰. Pic3 is a new ficus that @Araceae found while out and about. I just love that vg and @Araceae says he had to have cause of the strange growth habit! It us pretty cool😎. Pic 4 is a pictum fern @SweetAzurebluet has been hiding from us i guess😱. That leaf pattern is a stunner! And just to fill the void i added my new ping order to the list. Everyone have a great memorial day AND STAY SAFE!!!! Good Morning 🌞 #brunchataudreys I’m enjoying this slow, quiet morning tending to some plants! The golden pothos & Lemon Meringue are finally starting to show #NewGrowth & I absolutely cannot wait until I get a few more leaves on the 🍋 meringue so I can finally propagate her. Good humpday morning☕️ to #TheThread . We are on the downhill slide into a 3 day weekend🙌. I know im already beat! Yesteday kicked my butt, that was way to much for my old ***😩. Back was hurting by the time i got home yesteday. And ofc it had me up at 2 am drinking coffee and taking muscle relaxers out by the fire. Atleast its nice out i guess🤷‍♂️. Well thats enough of my whining 😂 on to the show! Pic 1 was shared by @YesWaiuatua7, of her beautiful blooms hanging out on her wisteria. They look amazing especially when their surrounded by ALL OF HER other perfect fliwers in bloom🌷🪻🥀. Pic 2 is from @SunSoilLove who shared a new leaf emerging from her frydek alocasia. I must say alocasia leaves popping always seem to keep me watching 👀! Pic is from @hoyaobssed flower beds where her lovely spring plants are starting to bloom! This is her easter lillys showing off their display of perfect white on a green foliage background🥰. And bringing up the rear like singapore! 😂🤷‍♂️😂😂 jk jk ! Is sone ROOT PORN! Happy Tuesday to everyone in the Greggerverse! I’ve got looots of plant chores scheduled for today (with all kinds of fun stuff — time to experiment with LECA!! Gonna try my Milk Confetti I got last year from the Greg Store first ‘cause it’s a drama queen if I miss watering by even just a day), but I’m behind on reading posts and stuff, too. The Hubster took a mini staycation last week and only went back to work today, so I have a lot of catching up to do. That said, while getting prepped for today’s festivities and downing some fuel, I just wanted to shoot out a quick post to say thank you to @TheConservator for giving DD2 and me a shoutout on #TheThread last week (quality time with one of my girls, and ofc, WILLIE!! WoOt!!), and also to Drew @RJG) for featuring Herman Monstera’s badass new leaf on this past #FreshLeafFriday (it’s not hardened off yet, but it’s getting HUGE)! Herman (nor any of my other plants) have ever been featured before and it was actually really kind of an awesome feeling to have my fave plant recognized in such a way, especially since we live in a part of the world where it’s a struggle to get the humidity level in the house up to even just 30%. I mean, just to have a large tropical plant like Herman be able to attain such growth in my care at all is short of miraculous. In my opinion anyway. And last but not least, a big thanks to all of you that commented and offered congrats and whatnot on all of these posts and pictures! You guys, one and all, make this app such a fun and amazing community that I’m proud to be a part of! A special shoutout to some of my peeps on #TheThread, who, even when life is hurling lemons, always manage to be positive and chipper, and make the best damned social media lemonade around!
