Blue Echeveria, she has started growing babies at her base, (not pictured) and also has something growing out the side that could possibly be a flower stalk.. not sure yet. Sheās already grown a lot since I got her, she was starting to etoliate (in store) when I bought her, so I would say I saved her š 2. Graptopetalum Superbum, one of my faves, she has gotten huge I ordered her from Mountain Crest Gardens, and since then she has grown two babiesā¦ one is already a good size! 3. Sedum Clavatum has lots of babies, and has been showing some pink here lately since the temps have been getting colder at night. It warmed back up so itās not as visible as it was. 4. Graptosedum Ghosty, they have grown ALOT since I got them during summer. They have grown alot of babies, I repotted them not too long ago, but the babies are so big they are pushing into each other. š 5. Giant jewel plant, has new growth on the top and the side. Today I visited a new nursery, in Apex. Iāve never been there but I was so amazed by the variety of plants for indoor and out! It was hard not to go crazy, but I only walked out with two plants! šš 1. painterās palette (anthurium andraeanum) šØ 2. Andromischus cooperi (similar to calico hearts, just a different leaf shape) 3. Echeveria from my haul a couple weeks ago. She is now in yellow 3 inch pot that @Lifeis2short gifted to me š. The first picture is from February 29th The second is from may 16 when I repotted her The 3rd-5th pictures are from this past Saturday. She has grown so well, and I definitely recommend Mountain Crest Gardens for online succulent shopping šļø all of my plants have preformed well, & show stable colors, growth & health. For the happy succs, we have some sedums & a hens & chicks varietyā¦ I didnāt get a pic of all the hens but I did get a picture of the biggest one! Now for the sad succsā¦ so I had recovered sanders completely from frost, but then my cat decided to use her as a chew toyā¦ and sheās been inside since my mom forgot to move her back out after a brief cold period recentlyā¦ so that led to a bit of color loss/etoliation. She will be an easy fix so Iām not worried! Sanders and her babies have quite literally been through it all.. I even turned her pot upside down in the car this morning bringing her with mee šš³.. sheās tough to say the least ! And then I have my Sedeveria āDark Elfā that is completely etoliated and fading greenā¦ yes I knoww she needs better lighting conditions.. or rather more consistent. These are in my tiered planter. I have been mostly keeping them outside since the weather has been nice lately. Mostly full sun, and watering a lot more frequently since they have been in bright direct light most the day. For me it seems like itās been going by faster. ā© For this #FreshLeafFriday I wanted to post my *almost* finished planter that I got a couple weeks ago. There is one more spot left, which I plan to fill this weekend after a trip to my fave local nursery! Iāve came to a sad conclusion that I no longer will be purchasing plants from my Home Depot because sadly the last several plants Iāve gotten from there, have had some fungal issue that either spreads to my other plants, or kills the plant I purchased. Despite throughly inspecting them when purchasing, there is just some things that the human eye canāt see, or it looks healthy but the disease hasnāt fully set in yet.. Anyways on a better note Iāve got pictures of my finished planter, I will list the plants in order of the tiers starting from bottom up. ššæ ā¢Bottom- Graptoveria āDebbieā , Graptopetalum āSuper Bumā & Echeveria PVN š all these are purple toned, although the graptopetalum & PVN arenāt visible in the picture because they are in the back. Well when I went to order it, I ordered two other succulents as well including another Graptopetalum Ellen! I was expecting a 3.5ā plant and received this to my surprise. I had to use a 5ā pot for it because it was so big. Itās absolutely beautiful though and the seller I order from always sends the best succulents! I ordered this from RareSucculents on Etsy if curious. Well when I went to order it, I ordered two other succulents as well including another Graptopetalum Ellen! I was expecting a 3.5ā plant and received this to my surprise. I had to use a 5ā pot for it because it was so big. Itās absolutely beautiful though and the seller I order from always sends the best succulents! I ordered this from RareSucculents on Etsy if curious. Super excited. I lost my PVN to powdery mildew so I thought I would start with a new one for this upcoming spring ! Itās hard giving up on plants, but the possibility of it spreading to the rest of my oasis, is far to large for me to risk it !
