I’ll eventually add different types of Pothos, but for this, I wanted a “Splash” of green here and there🌿🤍✨ Second pic is my #ManjulaPothos whom I gave a friend to! I need to thank y’all. Life is not good right now but I’m thankful I have this community. I would feel so lonely if I didn’t have the #Greggers by my side 🥲 While life is slowly destroying itself, let me show you a good part of my life that has been overlooked by my brain because of mental illness. It sucks being so negative sometimes, but I need to remind myself that not EVERYTHING is bad in my life. I have plants and despite everything going on, I somehow manage to keep plants alive! And that is important. 📸 Cloud Boy #philodendrongoldenmelinonii) is looking fabulous today. He’s gotten HUGE since I received him in the mail from #plantfairy @ManyLime 🌿🫶🏽 Caribbean Dreams #MarbleQueenPothos) is one of #GregGang’s favorites due to the intricate and detailed variegation on each leaf. It’s picture-perfect ✨🌱 Sour Cream & Onion #PothosNJoy & #GlobalGreenPothos) is growing TOO FAST! Ever since I created my own #monsterpothos/ #frankenpothos, all of them have taken off in growth! I may need a bigger pot when it comes around to repot next spring 🫣 My small #PhilodendronMicans is pushing out TONS of new growth and the leaves are perfect 🥹 loving the colors right now 💚 Lilo #MiniMonstera) pushed out a new leaf! She’s been having gnats issues as compared to my other plants, unsure why. Her soil is relatively dry between waterings, but the sticky traps definitely help contain the gnats 🤞🏽 Couldn’t wait till tomorrow to post! I’ve been so busy so unsure if I’ll be able to make it 🥲 Thanks for reading this if you did. Happy #FreshLeafFriday #Pothos Edition* 🌿✨⚡️ My plant babies have been doing so good! These are most of my Pothos at the moment that are pushing out #NewGrowth 🫶🏽🤍 📸 Splash #FrankenPothos/ #MonsterPothos) has retired its momma leaves and is now pushing out tons of growth! It’s been MONTHS since I created this “arrangement” thanks to @ManyLime’s post she made! Mine consists of #ManjulaPothos, #NeonPothos, #SnowQueenPothos & #MarbleQueenPothos 💚 Sour Cream & Onion #PothosNJoy & #GlobalGreenPothos) is bursting with new growth 😁 I’ve been cutting back and giving away cuttings because of how fast they’ve been growing! ⚡️🌿 My #SnowQueenPothos & #MarbleQueenPothos pot has also been pushing out new leaves! So cute! I don’t have a name for this one yet, but I’m open to suggestions 👀 Sprite #PhilodendronLemonLime) has been pushing out new leaves with sport variegation! It’s been 4+ months since I got it from @sarahsalith, but still so thankful for this #wishlistplant 🌿💚 Last but not least, Aelina #GoldenPothos). I grew her straight from a single-leaf cutting. I started #PothosWater here on Greg months ago and have made TONS of posts. I’ve loved all the feedback and everyone’s contribution to #ScienceWithGreg ever since it blew up 🥹 This was the first GP plant I grew from a cutting I started the week after #PothosWater was a hit! #TransplantingThursday maybe? 🤔 I have tons of #waterpropagation cuttings that are rooting FAST and I’ve been holding off transplanting. First reason is because you have to keep the soil moist at all times so your roots don’t dry out (they’ve been in water for a month!) and second is because I don’t have space or pots! To help that, I’ve been kind of making little arrangements so I can make space in my plant room and decorate my room with #Pothos 😌🌿✨ 📸 1st picture I potted some #SnowQueenPothos & #MarbleQueenPothos in a ceramic white pot! Let's #ShowOffSaturday !!!! And show off some of our #sciencewithgreg 🥰🥳🤯 I have been busy this week but I have FINALLY created a monster!!! I made a #monsterpothos or is it #frankenpothos ?! Maybe you in the Gregiverse can tell me??🤣🤣 So I threw together all my rooted pothos cuttings to create a #monsterpothos / #frankenpothos. I got some golden, cebu, some donated from a friend....and I plan to add a marble once I get roots. Together they will help each other be strong and grow. Can't wait to see all the new leaves!!! All in a free bowl .....showing you CAN do science even if you are #plantingonabudget !!🤣 Show me your science!!!!

Y’all is it just me or does this leaf, that just unfurled, look like a mix of all these three 😳🤔 It literally looks like a manjula & Marble/Snow Queen hybrid 🫣 but as I was inspecting, I think its a marble queen leaf? Could you maybe add a plant species of "FrankenPothos" to the plantopedia? I know alot of people are doing lots of #sciencewithgreg experiments and #frankenpothos. Then we could see other FrankenPothos in the community. 🤔

@Kiersten Question about the possibility of “hybrids” happening in a #monsterpothos // #FrankenPothos arrangement! @ManyLime showed me something interesting! She has a Baltic Blue Pothos that has pushed out two leaves! The thing is, the new growth looks different than the mother plant! 🌿 One of her leaves (pic 1 & 2) looks like a golden pothos leaf compared to the one on the right, which looks like a baltic blue. I also have a leaf that I think is a manjula (pic 3) but has taken more of the marbling of the Marble Queen Pothos that is next to it, compared to other manjula leaves I’ve grown 🤔 I’ve tried looking online but it’s just Reddit people accepting what they found and then move on 🤣🤣 Since they’re sharing rooting hormones, is it possible for them to…”transform”? I know you can’t necessarily breed and create hybrids without pollination, does/would this happen, IF it’s possible. Again, I failed science and you’re amazing at explaining! A new co-worker of mine and I were chatting about plants. She brought hers with her to have them with her for the rest of the summer while she works. She gave me all her cuttings!!! Look at all those.... #frankenpothos is going to be lush!!! So excited... Plant people really are the best! 🥰😊😍
