My #BonsaiBaby has new growth! 😍🪴💚 Fun story: I rescued him from Lowe’s. He was literally laying on top of the soil in the pot, roots out and everything, in the clearance section 😱 and I couldn’t bear to leave him so helpless 🥺 And he didn’t have a price tag, so the guy at checkout just let me have him!! 😍😍😍🤯🤯🤯 I’ve been patiently waiting to make sure that he’s healthy and growing, and here’s the sign I’ve been waiting for! 🙌🏼🌱 I gave him my grandmother’s family name, since she’s from Japan. Did j just add another plant to my home collection? Yes. Yes I did. We had the #FicusGinseng in stock a few months ago at #plantproper and I guess this one never found a forever home. I’ve had this for a few years now, the first plant I ever owned. It’s always looked this sparse, new leaves grow occasionally, but it also seems to shed at a similar rate. Any tips to encourage some more foliage?
