Will this plant do well on south side and near an AC unit. All previous plants here have died. Also should the drip system be left on plugged for this plant?

My plant all of a sudden the leaves fell off. They turned to kind of yellowish. I thought maybe I watered it too much. I put it in a new pot with succulent soil, but it seems like the soil is really dry.

I have recently bought this plant and the leaves have started to turn yellow and limp. It's placed right next to a window so has plenty of light. Please can you advise what to do.

#brunchataudreys It’s Thursday so that means we meet AGAIN! 😁😁 YAYYYY 😁😁 It’s been a HOT minute and I have to apologize! Life has been straight HELL with no breaks in between!! As some of y’all may already know, my mom passed away May 29th @ 4:26pm in her home with her husband of over 25 years! Wild story……They dated in high school, life happened and so they split, both got married, had 2 kids, and then got a divorce, and found each other after being separated for over 10! Then she died holding his hands!!! Ok Ok, now that we’re all crying let’s get to the happy stuff why don’t we?!? 😉 Y’all @stephonicle is the WORLDS ABSOLUTE BESTEST EVER! I swear!! This THOUGHTFUL, SWEET lady sent me a sympathy package 📦 and I didn’t even know about it!! Because she knew my mom had passed, she sent me a VERY SWEET card and a Copper Spoons Kalanchoe (was a wishlist plant btw) 🥰 I couldn’t ask for a BETTER friend outside of this app, I can promise you that!! I didn’t even get a card from a family member! What did I do to deserve this SPECIAL treatment?! Greg is DEFINITELY EXTREMELY SPECIAL to me and I will FOREVER hold these moments close to my heart ❤️ THANK YOU SOOOOO VERY MUCH STEPHY! YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL, AHHHHHMAZING, and CARING LADY! The world definitely needs more people like YOU MY LOVE 😘😘 Flowers, flowers, and maybe more flowers 🤔 or dead plants this month!! I think I’ve lost 5 or 6 plants so far this month and I don’t know why! Well I might! One or two of them were literally hanging on for dear life and I just said enough is enough! The others, idk 🤷🏽‍♀️ But I do have a few flowering plants right now! Hey everyone…..hubby brought new Desert Rose home yesterday. I wanted to repot but noticed the caudex/root thing going on and wasn’t sure what to do. I repotted it, but I didn’t cover that area with soil. If I cover the caudex like the plant people did- it would surely rot, but leaving the roots exposed would harm it too right? I’ve never seen a Desert Rose with roots wrapping around like that. Should I cover it like it was from the store, or should I leave it like it is? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Going well so far still firm by now my last graft got soft I did this one a little different then before took a muxh older seedling and tried to add the albo as a branch yes I also have the base with a top as well just forgot to get a pictures of that one so hopefully one of the two I tried to make will take time will only tell #happyplants #grafting #desertroseplant #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict #planttherapy

I will not give up on trying to graft an albo I sprouted some more and little behold my albo to try and graft I might have a few more can't tell yet there almost out of the seed so will know soon I'm happy hehe 😊 might be getting over my head tho I have like 100 desert roses already growing in my tent might have room to squeeze 100 more 😅 there all doing so well btw I'll have to upload some pictures of them soon it's been so long #happyplants #plantsmakepeoplehappy #plantaddict #newgrowth #desertroseplant #grafting #succulentlove #growlights #planttherapy #plantcorner

Soooo… It was rheumatology day! And we should know by now that my local Trader Joe’s is just down the road from my rheumatologist’s office, therefore you know what that means, right?
