I found this plant on the clearance rack at Lowe’s a few weeks ago. She’s in a self-watering pot but always seems to be too wet. I’m not sure if she can be saved. Any thoughts? Should I cut my losses and move on? 🫩

My plant got this bulb at the top and a pistol came out. It has been about a week or two now the pistol is drooping. Is that normal or should I be worried?

Progress update! Y’all these baby black velvet Alocasias are doing fantastic!😭 Not to long ago they got their first leafs and now they have two!🤭 The third lil guy is just a lil slow but soon he’ll get his first leaf I’m sure! Yall can’t imagine how happy I was to see this when I got home😭 The mother plant died bc the nursery I got it from was already rotted to the point of no recovery but it had a few corms! And today I see one has a leaf!!! #BlackVelvetAlocasia ahh!!! So my story is that I almost lost this a couple months ago…I mean..one leaf and barely hanging on. There is a gap in my oasis pictures because I was so ashamed lol. Was told to hold strong and I did and now…months later.. 5 leaves, a new one starting AND AND now we got a new guy starting (the weird picture with finger pointing to it). My leaves have brown spots on the edges, moving in on the leaves. It's blooming and one leaf has no brown spots.
