🗣️SEND HELP! My aloe plant is not doing so well. All the new stems are very flimsy. I believe my mom over-watered it. The base stems are still firm and in tact. What can I do it get her back healthy? #AloeVera

I planted this cutting of what I think is aloe Vera.. the original plant was in bad shape, lots of yellowing and shriveled. This one used to be very green but it is also yellowing now.. I also have not noticed it grow literally at all.. any suggestions?
