My monstera plant is finally producing what I always thought their leaves were supposed to look like in pic#1. Then she get’s this weird looking new leaf in pic #2. Finally my ZZ plant is going crazy as pic #3 shows!!!🎉

Hoya excitement this weekend! Compacta finally popped open! And his fragrance is heavenly 🪽🌸🍭💞👼 Three yrs ago Marley was my very first Hoya so he’s pretty special. He’s hung in there through my learning curves ⤴️⤵️ and rewarded me 🏆 🌸. I replanted these two succulents this morning Pic #1 Girlfrond and Pic #2 is Peter Parker. They’re both from my early days of succulents and were in regular soil. I took them outside to do the dastardly deed and made a bad decision to leave them outside overnight. Not my most intelligent decision as temperatures were rather hot. I think Girlfrond will overcome my disastrous decision but I’m not sure of Peter Parker. You can do it Peter Parker. Just think positive

My cat Tuxedo has been following me all over crying. I think it’s because he has never been the only cat. I always had two so they had a companion. I had to put his companion to sleep and he hasn’t been the same. Pic#1is the companion he lost. Pic #2 is the new companion I brought home. He is now protesting that move. Pic #3 is Tuxedo. Gonna have to keep Dakota separated from him when I go to work tomorrow. 🙀

Good morning☕️🌞 to #TheThread Its a breezy warm Sunday morning in Kansasland, but still nice enough to have my morning coffee outside🤗. I managed to get all 3 different potting medias mixed up yesterday🙌. I did a chunky, cacti, and reg well draining mix. I dont like to do it very often so i do ALOT!! When i do it. This will be a years worth of the reg and chunky and 5 years worth if cacti lol. These are just base mixes that i may use as is or add other things to fine tune it to the exact plant. Im@not sure my plan today. I may do some potting, but im leaning towards trellis making for hoyas. Ive potted alot of stuff the last few weeks and ready for a plant to do list change up🤷‍♂️. Plus i can sit on my butt and make trellises lol. Im@making my job easy today on #TheThread .... or actually @SunSoilLove is making my job easy today 🙌 with her MASSIVE PLANT HAUL🚛 from the expo she attended yesterday! Ive decided to headline her awesome line up of plants she found at the event. #FreshLeafFriday I actually thought I was going to lose pic#1 Sage but it is really shooting up in my eyes🤔 Pic #2 has this funny little shoot and I’m not sure what it is🧐 Pic #3 is my monster delight Cleopatra, with another furled leaf. I’m hoping it will do what her first furled leaf which was get a what do you call those slits in their leaves?

After all my reading on Greg’s app about money trees being bound so the trunks would stay braided and boldly declaring my didn’t come that way I found not one but 2 retainers as pictured in pic #1 and #2. However by the new growth she has in #3 she overcame their restraints and has new growth.🥳

Kiddos have flown the coop & I’m finalllllyyyyy getting a BIG room for my indoor plants & crafts!! I put everything together today & moved in a majority of it. It’s not done, but it will all come together in time. I still have to move in my other shelf & my fabric shelves. ….baby steps! (Now I just gotta get my daughter to come get that list pile of her stuff in pic #2)
